1.What is the delivery fee and minimum order amount?

Free delivery within Vancouver, Burnaby, New Westminister, Coquitlam, and to Vancouver International Airport (YVR) for orders over $40.00.  A $20 delivery fee will be added to all orders less then $40.00 within these cities.

A $50.00 delivery charge to West Vancouver, North Vancouver, Richmond, Ladner, Surrey, Delta, White Rock, Langley, Maple Ridge and Port Moody. Sorry we do not deliver outside of these municipalities.

Free delivery on all orders over $150.00.

2. How new is your equipment?

All equipment has been purchased by Bambino Baby Equipment Rental, it is checked for wear and tear with every return and if found in disrepair, we will automatically replace the product.

3. What if I need something that is not on your list?

We will be happy to accommodate special requests if item is available. Please inform us in advance for special items.

4. How is your equipment cleaned?

Bambino Baby follows all strict health regulations with regards to cleaning all baby equipment. We use Seventh Generation and Nature Clean cleaning products to maintain clean, hygenic, yet health conscious equipment for your baby. Crib sheets and all cloth material are laundered in hot water with fragrance free detergents. All products are cleaned after each use. 

5. What is your cancellation Policy?

All orders need to be cancelled within 48 hours of initial request needed. Orders cancelled after that time period will be charged 50% of ordering costs including delivery costs.

6. Do you install car seats?

We do not install cars seats, each car seat comes with a user-friendly manual.

7. Where do you deliver?

Bambino Baby delivers to Greater Vancouver including North and West Vancouver, Richmond, Ladner, Burnaby, New Westminister, Coquitlam, Surrey, Delta, White Rock, Langley, Port Moody and Maple Ridge.  Please read the delivery fee schedule above (question 1) for your city.

8. What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

9. What is your Refund Policy?

We are comitted to our products and services.  If you're not satisfied with either our products or service, please contact us to discuss a refund.
